Getting Personal: Going the Extra Mile

Happy Monday everyone! We don't really have Monday blues here at the Ellysage office, thanks to all the encouraging feedback that we constantly receive! From the bottom of our hearts, we'd like to thank our customers who have taken the time to leave us notes, fill up our feedback cards, or even drop us a simple thank you email. All your efforts are greatly appreciated!

A few months ago, we worked out a partnership with Space Invasion for our customers to collect their parcels from The Cathay. We have increased the frequency of parcel delivery to Space Invasion, and are aiming for all customers to be able to collect their parcel within 4-5 days from payment. Who knows, at this rate, you might some day be able to collect your parcel within a day from payment! Won't that be awesome? 

Also, when we began selling shoes on Ellysage, we knew that sizing would be an issue. As shoppers ourselves, we understand the disappointment and frustration of not being able to get something that fits. Hence, right from the start, we decided to allow sizing exchanges at Space Invasion. The response has been really positive, and we've received feedback that our exchange policy actually gave some customers the push to try out the yummy shoes that we stock in our store. 

Our next goal for Ellysage is to come up with a no questions asked returns policy. However, something we are struggling with at the moment, is the execution of such a returns/refunds policy. It would be of great help if you could take the time to fill up our survey so we can better understand your views on online shopping and the best returns/refunds policy to implement to our store! The most insightful feedback will receive $10 store credits from us :)
